Can I Help You?
I’m here to help you with anything you may be struggling with day-to-day. You may be going through a life changing experience or experiencing anxiety about a difficult relationship, or feel that life leaves you lost, confused, inadequate or excluded.
I can help you with exploring and understanding your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour, so you can better understand why you feel the way you do.
I can help you explore other ways of understanding and approaching your difficult situation, to reveal a new way of coping that eases your burden.
Working together, we can improve your self-esteem and confidence in your ability to meet the challenges life throws at you. This in turn can impact other things such as better sleep, balanced relationships, and improved performance at work.
About Me
I’m a qualified Person-Centred Experiential Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MA PCECP, University of Nottingham, 2020).
I have helped clients with issues including anxiety, lack of confidence and low self-esteem, overcoming abusive past relationships, traumatic childhoods, exploring sexuality, fear of failure, self-harm and life changing events including grief, pregnancy and parenthood.
I bring all of me into my work, including my thoughts, feelings, and life experience, which includes being a daughter, sibling, wife, mother, and registered nurse.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. As such, I adhere to their standards and ethical guidelines, and remain accountable to them, professionally.
